Week Ending August 26, 2021 - Market Update

Well, well, well. Here we are at the end of August and we’re slowly seeing our inventory numbers increase. Sales are still going strong, though. With the recent federal end to the eviction moratorium, it’ll be interesting to see what changes occur to the housing market…not only here in Colorado, but nationwide.
