Week Ending August 12, 2021 - Market Update
Sales in the Pikes Peak Region are still chugging along for 2021. Although we have seen a slight slow down with new listings (which is typical this time of year), we are still seeing more single family & patio homes sold in the $400,000 - $1,000,000+ price range than we did this same time last year.
