Downtown Colorado Springs  – A vibrant small city with an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, museums, and parks with hotels and transportation easily accessible.

West Colorado Springs – Outdoor adventures abound in this quiet, established, nature-loving side of town that is home to Garden of the Gods.

Southwest Colorado Springs – Anchored by Fort Carson at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain, the southwest side of town is also home to The Broadmoor, North Cheyenne Cañon, and some of the most beautiful hiking trails in the area.

Northgate – Situated just outside the United States Air Force Academy, this growing community is full of upscale homes, mountain views, and a variety of recreational opportunities.

Powers Corridor – This rapidly growing area is full of shopping, dining, and entertainment, making this area popular with families.

Black Forest – Full of tall Ponderosa Pine trees, this tucked-away area offers quiet, private living with the convenience of the city just down the road.

Falcon/Peyton – For those looking for more of life on the plains, Falcon and Peyton offer just that, but with towering views of Pikes Peak in the distance.

Banning Lewis Ranch – Located east of Colorado Springs, this large master-planned community offers numerous amenities and is one of the fastest growing communities in the area.

Fountain Valley – The towns of Fountain, Widefield, and Security make up the Fountain Valley, located close to Fort Carson and south of Colorado Springs. This growing area has a small-town feel with the conveniences of urban living.

 Manitou Springs – Situated just minutes northwest of Colorado Springs, this popular tourist area boasts nature trails, mountain adventures, breathtaking landscapes, and mineral springs. An eclectic variety of shopping, art galleries, and restaurants also line the streets.

Tri-lakes – Comprised of the towns of Palmer Lake, Monument, and Woodmoor, this area offers mountain living with an abundance of wildlife, trails, and parks. With its location along the Palmer Divide, there is easy access to both Colorado Springs and Castle Rock.

Teller County – Surrounded by Pike National Forest, Teller County is home to quaint small towns rich with history. Teller County sits just northwest of Colorado Springs and boasts grand mountain views, rolling forests, and hiking trails galore.
